Our Beginning
Driven by the desire to offer a high quality preschool experience, Platt Park Children’s Center was founded in 2013 by a group of teachers and parents who joined together to create this exciting new Christian preschool in the Platt Park neighborhood. After searching for the perfect home for our school, we met Tim and Susie from Platt Park Church. Thanks to them and the enthusiasm of this church, we were able to lease our beautiful space which provides bright, spacious classrooms and a large playground for young children. Curiously enough, the name of our preschool was chosen before we ever met our new friends at Platt Park Church!
Through the months of planning and developing our new school, we have been awed by the countless ways God has blessed our efforts. We continue to experience how God supplies just what we need through donations of time and talent along with generous material and financial contributions from our community. We are excited to begin this new adventure, and we invite you to join us!
